Join us in transforming lives with skateboarding and community
The Mini Ramp Foundation builds affordable, permanent mini ramps to bring skateboarding to communities without access. By creating simple, fast, and cost-effective projects, we aim to expand skate spots nationwide and give more kids a place to skate, progress, and belong.
Your generous contributions help us provide essential resources and support to those in need. Join us in making a difference in the community. Every dollar counts and brings hope to many lives. Thank you for your support!
Chad Caruso is a lifelong skateboarder, Guinness World Record holder, and advocate for using skateboarding as a tool for community and personal growth. In 2023 he skated 3,000 miles across America alone and unsupported to raise awareness for addiction recovery and the power of perseverance.
Through that journey, Chad saw how skateboarding can inspire change and bring people together. He also realized that many communities lack access to even the simplest places to skate. That realization led him to create The Mini Ramp Foundation, with a mission to build affordable, permanent mini ramps in underserved areas across the United States.
Chad believes skateboarding is more than a sport. It is a way to connect, grow, and find purpose. With the Foundation, he is committed to giving more kids and communities the chance to experience those same opportunities.
Across the United States, there are entire regions with no skateparks for miles. That leaves kids and communities with nowhere to skate, progress, or belong. Full-scale skateparks are expensive, take years to approve, and often stall out in bureaucracy.
The Mini Ramp Foundation exists to change that.
We focus on building affordable, permanent concrete mini ramps that can be quickly approved, funded, and built at a fraction of the cost of a full park. These ramps give communities immediate, lasting spaces to skate, without waiting years or raising hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Our mission is to make skateboarding accessible everywhere. Because of the lower cost, smaller footprint, and faster turnaround, we believe we can complete ten times more projects than traditional skatepark efforts.
Long-term, we aim to redefine access to skateboarding in America and help double the number of skateable spaces across the country. As we grow, we plan to expand our builds to include benches, rails, shaded areas, and more - creating inclusive, functional microparks that any community can rally behind.
